Don't know what Skype is? Well, Skype is like Ventrilo, but w/o the hassle of joining a server and what-not.
I'm not too familiar with Ventrilo, so meh. xD
Skype is basically a chat-room / mic room where you can have either one-on-one talks with someone or with many people.
It's free, and pretty easy to download. <3
